Airport Jockey Travel Tips on What to Wear

This actually depends on when you visit, make note of the season and you shouldn't end up frozen once you're out of our San Francisco Airport Shuttle. San Francisco is awesome during the spring and immediately after the summer; however the overall climate is very pleasant and it is considered to be one of the city's famed attributes!

Between the months of March and May which is the spring you need to carry a jacket at least till afternoon, otherwise the climate is great. During the summers, from June to August; it's fun under the sun! Early mornings are foggy and you should be wearing a sweater but during the noon you can enjoy the sun in your t-shirt.

The autumn between September and November, the city looks beautiful with change in leaf color. The afternoons are quite warm and you can see people in short sleeves and shorts. December to February is cold and you need to wear heavy coat. There will also be light showers and downpours and it would be windy sometimes, so take your umbrella and wear your hat, scarf and gloves!

The City's liquor laws permits the sale of wine, beer and liquor from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m every day, though certain places are licensed only to sell wine and beer, including sake. It's illegal in California to smoke in bars. You might find some exceptions, as there are some loopholes but see that you're prepared to smoke outside! As of May 2006, it's also illegal to smoke in trains, city buses, cable car stops and also avoid smoking inside SFO Shuttle and San Francisco Airport Transportation.

Airport Jockey's Terms and Conditions

Airport Jockey, Inc. adheres to a no reimburse policy for shuttles, tours and other trips purchased in advance. When a purchase is made online at AirportJockey.com, we reserve the shuttles and reject other customers who ask to reserve shuttles on your dates of travel. Therefore, we need everyone to be on-time for their Airport Shuttle reservations.

What should you do if your flight(s) is late? If your flight is late from the airport, for any reason you can always take our next SFO shuttle from the airport with no additional charges or late fees. But when you miss the shuttle from the hotel, for any reason there will be no refunds or exchanges for this. So please see that you're outside / in front of the hotel at least 5 minutes prior to pickup.
