Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy of Airport Jockey

Airport Jockey, Inc.  adheres to a no cancellation / no refund policy for charters, tours, and other trips purchased in advance.  Once a purchase is made, we reserve shuttles and reject other customers who ask to reserve shuttles on your dates of travel. Therefore, we need everyone to be on-time for their reservations.

Late Flights - If your flight is late (from the airport) for any reason you can simply take the next shuttle from the airport with no additional charge or late fee.

Missed Shuttle from Hotel - If you miss the shuttle from the hotel (for any reason) then there is no refunds or exchanges for this. Please be outside in front of the hotel at least 5 minutes prior to pickup.
