    Definitely don't stuff yourself then go to sleep for awhile! Usually leads to nausea and possibly vomiting upon arrival if plane gets into some rough air.

I tipped the two pilots and the only teo glight attendant because my mother and my sister (at that point around about s year old) were really travel sick for some reason (it never normaly happens) so i decided to tip the fl8ght attendants for looking after my mom and my sister and also the captsain for making a really smoth landing i did say it was a really strange thing to do but you deserve it go bye your selves somthing noce

    I usually don't sleep the night before my long flights (partially because of travel jitters and mostly because of my procrastination). I exhaust myself before long flights so that once on my seat I can just pass out 😁

    I wear comfortable pants, thick socks, comfy tshirt and a hood.
    Since I can not sleep at the airplane I always chose airlines and routes that have nice range of good movies I can watch.
    I often take night buses in Japan when going from Tokyo to northerner Japan (cheap and good) but once again, I can not sleep so I always make sure I have at least 6+ hours of interesting podcasts or audio books to listen to.
